I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to answer your questions and ensure I'm the right fit for you. We can then meet (online or in person) to begin our work together.

Sessions are 50 minutes long, typically scheduled weekly on the same day and at the same time. Session fee: £65 (some counselling student concessions available)

Please note that cancellations within 24 hours of your session will be subject to the full fee.
